When a fintech company asked me to help them launch a blog, they had no voice, no structure, and no writers. I came in as an editorial strategist and content architect to build everything from scratch — and make sure it could scale.

What I did

I created the editorial structure: categories, tone of voice, key themes, and distribution rhythm. I worked with the product and marketing teams to define the blog’s role in the overall customer journey. I also recruited and briefed freelance writers, built templates in Notion, and reviewed the first 20+ articles as editor.

Results

We launched the blog in 6 weeks, published consistently, and created an internal process the team still uses today. Within 3 months, the blog started ranking for high-intent keywords, generating leads and authority in a highly competitive niche.
